how about lakeholmz

I am insterested in the lakeholmz, any opinions about it to share? Since the reviews in the propertyguru are quite positive, curious whether it has obvious defect.

地点不错, 不过据说建筑质量略差一点点, 当时是雇的中国的建筑公司, top时有一些漏水, 开裂的小问题.

I stay at that area before, the air is bad sometime got chemical smell.

I switched my prelove 5 years old lighting from Jurong East to there and within one year it became rusted and my husband said is because of the chemical in the air and make it rusted.

我一直以为那里靠近jurong lake，环境应该不错来着。。。

lakeholmz 质量其实还好啦，地点真的很不错

对, 只是个别开始有点小问题, 后来应该也都解决了. 详情不太了解, 只是听朋友说起过. 空气不太了解, 我住lakeside mrt 另外一边，
我这里没觉得空气有什么问题，而且比我以前住的地方明显要好一些。

May I know any recommendation of the condo within that area with the resonable price including air quality considered inside? thanks. From URA, the price has raised a lot within last one year.
