JobResponsibilities:               

  • Achieving        Key Performance Indicators e.g. sale targets, client satisfaction,        responsiveness, accuracy and etc
  • Identifying        market and business opportunities
  •         Preparing business plan with        financial and activities projection


  •         Getting business referrals from        various sources        


  • Arranging        for sales activities e.g. tele-marketing, meeting with clients, and        etc


  •         Understanding the needs of clients        and identifying suitable customized solutions to meet their needs
  •         Liaising with professional service        providers
  •         Closing business deals
  •         Following up until clients’        financing needs are satisfied
  •         Ensuring client        satisfaction
  •         Providing        quality customer services        on various financing solutions
  • Deepening        relationship with existing clients
  •         Cross-selling of other services        
  •         Project Management
  •         Discussing with management regularly        on the progress and achievement of business objectives
  •         Overseeing the overall billing,        invoicing and collection process
  •         Handle and resolve client complaints        and prepare a client complaint report
