i want to sue my boss

based on ur contract and the time u stay in Singapore.

check your contract first. if he is supposed to, then warn him verbally first. if he refuse to pay, then bring it up to the authority

<P>thanks</P><P>contract says one month notice or one month pay in liew when termination of service. i dont know how much it will cost me if i sue him, lawyer fee, cost charged by the court... what's more, bosses are singaporeans, i am chinese. they have a lot of contact here, a lot of money. i've just been here for 2 years plus, pr for less than 1 year. worrying....  </P>
