现在要找两份东西，想请教大家如何找到呢？

monthly CPF contribution history for last 12 months
刚刚拿到PR一年，不指导怎样找到这两份东西，请指教，万分感谢！ </TD></TR></TABLE>

I give you this address, you can make a trip to Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore when you are free. You can request all previous notices of assessment from the Taxpayer Services Division. Remember to bring along your identity card or passport. The tax officer will request your identity verification before he proceed with your request. He may charge you around S$12 per year of assessment requested (The exact charges I can't remember, please double check with the officer at counter) . But don't worry, there is a POSB ATM machine next to Taxpayer Services Division.

Also make a trip to CPF Board. Bring along your identity card or passport to verify your identity. The officer at the counter will print the statement showing the last balances of your ordinary account, special account and medisave account and also all transactions for the last six months without any charge for CPF members. You can check with the officer for more details.

非常感谢！！我收到过一份cpf statement,那是是否就是monthly cpf contribution history?至于tax，是不是一般都会寄来的？不过没收到过

cpf statement就有每个月的cpf记录，你也可以申请一个singpass，上网查看cpf。
tax一般是寄到公司。如果你要也可以去税务局去要求，税务局星期六都全天办公的。

税务署从早上八点开始办工，到下午五点就不接待外人。
